Think your "weigh" to a New Weight

Recently I realized I was shying away from blogging about the law of attraction to obtain certain things and writing more about personal development skills. In this blog I want to touch up on using the universal law to obtain a better body. Many people around this time of year complain about their weight due to hibernating all winter, chowing down on pizza, and drinking plenty of beer. A good diet of 6 small meals a day and exercising 3 times or more a week will do the trick, but I want to try an experiment which is known to work. If you find yourself staring into the mirror and worrying about the body you will be taking to the beach this summer, take a minute to find a picture of someone who has a body you admire. Cut this picture out or print it off the computer and hang it somewhere where you WILL see it every day. Above the picture write  a mantra such as the words, "Each day, with everything I eat and the exercise I perform, I am willing to allow my body to look perfect." Look at this statement and this picture daily and imagine how it feels to walk down the beach with that body. Your mind is a very powerful thing and you will notice yourself eating healthier and your exercise routine will become more meaningful because you have a specific goal in mind. Many people will not do this exercise because they are too lazy to break out of their daily habits but if you do go through with it I guarantee you results. Remember whatever we tell our subconscious mind, it believes - Get into a habit of staying positive and think your weigh to a new weight!
