A Fun Goal Exercise

As we know - The successful person makes a habit to set both short term and long term goals.   Here is a fun exercise that will help clarify your wants and needs - Take a pen and a pad of paper - write out 100 goals that you would like to accomplish in this lifetime. Be creative and write whatever comes to your mind even if it sounds totally absurd. If you get to goal 50 and get stuck do something for a few moments and come back to the exercise. Look at these goals often and after you have have successfully completed a goal- write Success!! next to it and work towards the next one. Some of your goals may require large sums of money and that is okay - You may not have the finances at the moment but if you keep your goals in mind, eventually the things needed (i.e. finances or people) will be attracted to you at the right moments.  One of the struggles many people have in life is defining what it is they exactly want. Through conscious writing you begin to tap into the subconscious mind and wants and needs arise to the surface. When you review the goals that you have written, on a daily basis, your mind will go into a creative mode and you will begin to come up with ideas on how to achieve the goals. Have fun with this and good luck on your endless journey!

Enjoy -
